After gentle destemming, the grapes were punched down daily during fermentation to build depth and character. Once pressed, the wine was tucked into neutral French oak barrels, where it rested and matured for 11 months. With no new oak influence, the purity of fruit shines through. This wine is a true expression of Pinot Noir from the Petaluma Gap.
