Angel food cake topped with strawberries and cream. Soft vanilla, delicate plum, dark fruit, fresh cherries, Crème Brulé, what more can I say. Light, luscious, and cloud like.

Ever had a crush on the berries and cream guy?... No? Oh, me neither. But I do have a crush on this grenache and you might too.

Shortly after arriving at the winery these grapes were gently placed, whole cluster, into a fermentation vessel and sealed for a carbonic ferment. After seven days, they were de-stemmed and allowed to finish fermentation naturally before being pressed into a stainless-steel drum, followed by a short stint in neutral oak to enhance varietal aromas.

Bottled without fining or filtration, with minimal sulfites. Natural sediment will occur.
