Aromatic and expressive, this skin-contact Riesling opens with alluring notes of orange blossom and honeysuckle, layered over a core of citrus zest and sun-ripened stone fruit.

Harvested by hand in the cool morning hours at 22.5 brix, the grapes were then gently destemmed, followed by a cool fermentation on skins for 4 days. After imbuing a golden hue, the grapes are pressed off the skins to continue fermenting to dryness. After fermentation, the wine was stored in stainless steel to retain fresh, fruity, and floral aromas.
