Tropical fruit abounds on the nose backed by flavors of ripe stone fruit and citrus blossom. A light misting of sea spray complements the bright fruit flavors.

Hand harvested in the cool morning hours at 22.5 brix, the grapes were gently destemmed before pressing, followed by a cool stainless steel fermentation to retain its naturally beautiful aromatics. After fermentation, the wine was stored in neutral French oak barrels.
