Melon de Bourgogne (85%) and Carignane (15%) were cofermented with native yeasts in stainless steel, allowing the two varietals to integrate naturally while preserving bright aromatics and freshness. The wine remained in stainless steel until bottling and was bottled unfined and unfiltered to preserve its full texture, character, and vibrancy. No oak trees were harmed in the making of this co-ferment
